Oscar Mouton is a former US Marine as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC). Conducted reconnaissance/intelligence gathering operations in locating and identifying strategic targets for surgical air-strike missions. Worked within the Special Operations Community.

 

Worked with NATO forces conducting multi-national operations focusing on counter-insurgency/counter-IED missions. Assigned as the Operations Chief for a clandestine US Team operating in the Middle East. Unit operations required our team to work autonomously amongst the local population in a covert fashion. The purpose of this team was to ensure that host nation leaders and NATO forces could move throughout the country without threat. This assignment required team personnel to work closely with US Embassy leadership. This position required a TS/SCI clearance.

 

As a Detective Grade II assigned to the Washington Metropolitan Police Department’s Intelligence Unit. Conducted threat assessment missions with the United States Secret Service (Foreign Mission Branch), United States Department of State (Diplomatic Service) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF). These operations included advance route reconnaissance, dignitary protection and multi-agency coordination. Additionally assigned to the US Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force conducting national and international fugitive investigations.
