Victor Cabaza III is an experienced Retired Federal Air Marshal with a background in Counter Terrorism, an International Security Professional, Public Safety and Homeland Security Professional, who has been sharing best practices and critical lessons learned with clients and audiences for more than two decades.  He has an extensive background in organizing, providing leadership, training, team member, consulting and advisory services to private citizens and government agencies. 

 

Victor’s active experience includes, specialized training for security services, surveillance investigations, threat analysis and executive protection, working solo or with a team. He draws from his high-risk background to impart real world lessons that have a positive impact on performance excellence, operational discipline and goal achievement.  

 

Victor served for over 13 years as a Federal Air Marshal on the Counter Terrorism International Mission Operations side until a back injury in training, forced him into retirement in 2015. Before that he served for 4 years as a Police Officer in New York City and Newark, New Jersey for Federal Protective Service where he was Deputized a US Federal Marshal assigned to an Anti-Terrorism detail. He has been in leadership roles in the private security sector for Morgan Stanley, Toy’s R Us, New York Palace Hotel and the United States Navy for a combination of 10 years. He has done executive protection for two high net worth individuals, a famous musical artist and currently a reality television talent for MTV.
